We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our team. This role is focused on managing and converting leads from Zillow Flex, engaging potential clients, and nurturing relationships to set appointments for our agents.   • Respond promptly to incoming Zillow Flex leads and engage with potential clients via phone, text, and email.
  • Qualify leads, assess their needs, and schedule appointments with agents.
  • Maintain a high level of follow-up with prospects to keep them engaged in the home-buying or selling process.
  • Utilize CRM and lead management systems to track conversations and ensure seamless follow-up.
  • Collaborate with agents and team leaders to optimize lead conversion and sales performance.
  • Meet or exceed conversion targets and KPIs. 
  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales, real estate sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up habits.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls and engaging with leads consistently.
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools (experience with Zillow Flex is a plus!).
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a team setting.
  • Real estate license (preferred but not required).
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
