Vice President / Senior Vice President Multifamily Investments

As the Vice President – Multifamily Investments, you will support our acquisitions team in identifying, evaluating, and executing multifamily real estate investment opportunities.

• Your focus is on developing and implementing strategic plans for acquiring commercial properties that align with the company's investment goals.
• You will use your solid commercial real estate background, extensive acquisition experience, and a proven track record of building successful commercial real estate portfolios to identify potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and relationships with brokers and developers.
• You are an excellent negotiator who can build relationships and close deals.

• You will work full-time, Monday through Friday.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes
• Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and maintains confidentiality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, real estate, or related field; master's degree is preferred
• At least five years of experience in real estate investment analysis and management
• Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in real estate valuation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully supporting and assisting senior executives in the real estate industry

Physical Requirements

• Expected work hours: 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and the ability to work hours that support business needs
• Travel: Frequent and regular business trips with overnight stays are required to various business locations and properties (traveling approximately 50% of the time); may need to drive a personal vehicle for business
• Work environment and physical demands: General office environment
