Position Summary
The Senior Recruiting & Communications Coordinator provides operational, scheduling, and communications support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring consistent professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. This role supports high-volume recruiting through strong attention to detail, organization, responsiveness, and message alignment.
In addition to core recruiting coordination responsibilities, this role supports internal and external recruiting communications, including job postings, hiring announcements, hiring manager communications, and professional networking or social media updates tied to open roles and talent initiatives. The Senior Coordinator partners closely with recruiters, HR, and Marketing (as applicable) to ensure that recruitment activities are clearly communicated and aligned with company brand standards.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Onsite / Los Angeles, CA
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM โ 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews across time zones while serving as a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and status updates in the ATS; prepare offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment documentation as directed.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics, calendars, follow-ups, and recruiting metrics, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Support recruiting initiatives such as hiring events, referral programs, and talent community engagement.
Job Posting & Recruiting Communications
- Post and manage job requisitions across internal and external platforms, including career pages and professional networking sites.
- Draft and distribute internal hiring announcements and external recruiting communications aligned with brand and messaging guidelines.
Internal Communications & Program Support
- Draft and distribute hiring-related internal communications, reminders, and updates for stakeholders.
- Support Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives (e.g., hiring manager surveys, hiring events, referrals, onboarding coordination, and talent community engagement), including tracking participation and follow-through.
- Assist with communication templates, process documentation, and continuous improvement of recruiting coordination and communication workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, communications support, or a related role
Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and follow-through
- Collaborative approach with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and communication platforms
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Preferred
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent education
- Microsoft Outlook scheduling experience
- ATS experience using Greenhouse and/or Paycom strongly preferred
- Experience supporting internal communications, job postings, or employer branding efforts
- Interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, People Operations, or Real Estate Recruiting

Compensation
- Bonus Eligibility: Discretionary
- Incentives: Eligibility-based long-term and performance awards
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and market considerations.
