Senior Multifamily Asset Manager
Fifteen Group CapitalAbout Fifteen Group Capital
Formed in 1992, Fifteen Group Capital LLC is a real estate private investment firm with offices in Miami, Florida and Los Angeles, California. We specialize in opportunity-driven, value-added acquisitions across multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use assets in Florida, Texas, California, and the broader Sunbelt. We are not a large institution β we are a lean, high-performing team of investment professionals who move quickly, think creatively, and build lasting value in markets where others see complexity.
Our multifamily portfolio extends across multiple states and includes workforce housing communities in Los Angeles, where our team sits at the center of our investment and asset management activity. If you are looking for a role with real responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership, and a clear path to grow within a platform that is actively expanding, we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Multifamily Asset Manager to lead performance and value creation across our 1,200+ unit Los Angeles portfolio. You will spend significant time onsite collaborating closely with property management staff, set asset management strategy, and own the numbers. You will define how our assets are run: the business plans, the operating standards we hold our property managers to, the capital programs that reposition properties, and the analysis that informs financing decisions. You will own your assets, partner with property management on operational strategy, and at times support the acquisitions team on new investments. As the platform grows, you will have an opportunity to build and lead an asset management team beneath you. If you have run institutional-quality real estate, created measurable value, and want to do it in an entrepreneurial firm where your judgment carries weight, this is that role.
