The Agent Launch Pad / Sales Intern role is a 90-day, performance-based training program with the Stephanie Younger Group at Compass, one of the leading real estate brokerages in the U.S. This in-office opportunity is designed to build the foundational skills and daily habits required to succeed as a full-time real estate Agent on a high-performing team in one of Los Angelesโ most sought-after markets.
The program is execution-focused and emphasizes outbound lead generation, sales proficiency, accountability, and consistent daily activity. Participants receive hands-on training, coaching, and real-world exposure while working closely with experienced professionals. Advancement beyond the program is contingent upon meeting clearly defined performance benchmarks and is not guaranteed.
This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, with a schedule of no more than 29 hours per week.
