The Agent Launch Pad / Sales Intern role is a 90-day, performance-based training program with the Stephanie Younger Group at Compass, one of the leading real estate brokerages in the U.S. This in-office opportunity is designed to build the foundational skills and daily habits required to succeed as a full-time real estate Agent on a high-performing team in one of Los Angelesโ€™ most sought-after markets.


The program is execution-focused and emphasizes outbound lead generation, sales proficiency, accountability, and consistent daily activity. Participants receive hands-on training, coaching, and real-world exposure while working closely with experienced professionals. Advancement beyond the program is contingent upon meeting clearly defined performance benchmarks and is not guaranteed.


This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, with a schedule of no more than 29 hours per week.

  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound phone calls daily
  • Send at least 5 emails and 10 texts per day
  • Set a minimum of 50 appointments for our team agents over the 90-day program
  • A minimum of 30 appointments must be met within 90 days (virtual permitted)
  • Track and log all calls, texts, emails, talk time, and appointments in Follow Up Boss
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with the Inside Sales Manager
  • Master approved scripts through role-play and live usage
  • Effectively handle objections, vet leads, and manage follow-up
  • Attend all required trainings, meetings, and performance reviews



  • Active real estate license required
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and high level of accountability
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment (no remote work)
  • Prior real estate experience is a plus but not required
