HomeWay is hiring driven, competitive people who want to break into real estate investment and earn six figures. No license or experience needed.

Day in the Life:

  • Visit properties across your assigned territory
  • Call and negotiate with listing agents
  • Analyze properties, submit offers, & follow up like a closer
  • Work closely with your mentor/team lead on strategies to sharpen your skills
  • Get paid when your deals close AND earn quarterly profit sharing from overall team performance (even on deals you didn’t close)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Gritty, competitive, and goal-oriented individuals
  • Strong work ethic and coachability (we’ll teach the real estate part)
  • Hunger for six-figure income
  • Clean driving record (you’ll be driving to properties)
  • Basic math/valuation comfort a plus — or willingness to learn
  • Willing to get real estate license in California (we’ll pay for it)

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Thirty-Thousand Dollars (to provide foundational stability)
  • Commission: Commissions will be earned on successfully closed acquisitions. The majority of your income should come from commissions, providing unlimited earning potential for hard working and disciplined individuals who are willing to put in the effort.
  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for achievements
  • Profit Sharing: Quarterly Dividends distributed equally among qualifying team members.
  • Total Expected Compensation: $70,000-$120,000+ (top performers exceed this with consistent effort)
