The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to navigate complex real estate matters and provide clients with innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of real estate agreements including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
  • Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, zoning and land use issues, and development matters.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for real estate projects.
  • Represent clients in real estate litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide informed legal counsel.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and ongoing partnership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years and up to 20 years of experience in real estate law.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex real estate transactions and litigation.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations and client representation.
  • Experience working in a prestigious law firm is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $260,000 - $435,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
