Real Estate Associate - Los Angeles

About the Opportunity

• Seeking at least a third-year associate with significant and substantive experience in real estate transactions to join rapidly growing real estate practice in Los Angeles. 
• Experience working with developers, owners, investors, and lenders in a diverse range of financing, development, and investment matters preferred.
• Experience working with loans, joint ventures, entity documents, and/or leases is necessary.
• Practical prior non-legal business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.
