A true team player with DIRECT real estate experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. A real estate license is preferred but not required—however, if you don’t have your license, it will be a requirement to obtain it ASAP after being hired. We need someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to staying on top of everything so our deals run smoothly.
- Provide high-level administrative support across multiple companies, with a primary focus on Better Files Real Estate Resources.
- Manage transaction coordination for real estate deals, ensuring that all paperwork, timelines, and client communications are handled efficiently.
- Oversee and assist with email communications, scheduling, and follow-ups to keep all transactions on track.
- Opening escrow ensuring all required documents are submitted and processed promptly.
- Communicate and collaborate with agents, lenders, title officers, and clients to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Utilize Slack for screen-sharing and team collaboration to stay aligned with team objectives.

- Real estate experience is a MUST. (Transaction Coordination, Escrow, or Agent Support experience preferred.)
- A real estate license is preferred—If not licensed, you must commit to obtaining one ASAP.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work long hours and commit to a role that requires full dedication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Slack, Google Suite, CRM software, and transaction management platforms.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected and aligned with the team.
