In this role, you’ll support a sophisticated litigation practice with a strong emphasis on commercial landlord/tenantdisputes, unlawful detainers, and construction defect cases. You’ll manage all aspects of litigation support—from e-discovery and document management to preparing subpoenas and organizing exhibits. The team works closely together, so expect regular Zooms, strategy sessions, and a culture that values initiative over micromanagement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Paralegal Certificate and compliance with BPC 6450(c)
• 7+ years’ litigation experience, with strong real estate exposure
• Deep familiarity with court rules and e-filing in state and federal jurisdictions
• Comfort with discovery tools like Relativity or Novus
• Advanced Word and Outlook skills; NetDocuments a plus
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and organized under pressure
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills

• Base salary: $115,000 - $125,000
• 1,500-hour billable target
