Review and submit complete loan files
Review income, assets, credit, title, appraisal, and conditions
Work with wholesale lenders, LOs, LOAs, escrow, title, and third parties
Clear underwriting conditions and monitor loan milestones
Maintain accurate information in ARIVE and lender portals
Experience using Arive-LOS preferred
Wholesale experience preferred
Requirements:
Mortgage processing experience required
Wholesale experience preferred
Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM
Strong communication and follow-up skills
ARIVE experience is a plus
