This is a unique opportunity for a driven Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join a collaborative, fast-paced team working on sophisticated real estate capital markets transactions—including joint ventures, syndications, fund formations, and complex purchase and sale agreements.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft and negotiate joint venture, syndication, and fund formation documents
• Handle PSA and financing documentation
• Manage deal flow and deadlines alongside partners and paralegals
• Communicate directly with clients and maintain strong relationships
• Juggle multiple high-stakes transactions in a collaborative setting

What You Bring:

• 4–8 years of real estate transactional experience
• Proven experience with institutional joint ventures and capital markets
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly collaborative culture
