We are currently seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate resides in Southern California, is passionate about real estate law, and thrives in a fast-paced, efficient environment. You will manage cases from intake through resolution, with matters ranging from lease and zoning disputes to easements, HOAs, and boundary conflicts. While trial experience is appreciated, most of the firm’s matters are resolved without going to trial.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the California Bar, in good standing
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Prior billing experience is essential
• Must reside south of Santa Clarita
