About the Role:
- Handle real estate, title, escrow, and lending litigation matters
- Represent clients in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Attend depositions and manage client interactions
- Negotiate settlements and participate in court proceedings
- Mentor junior attorneys and help foster a collaborative legal team
Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable leading cases and taking them to trial
- Understanding of title insurance, escrow, and real estate finance
- Familiar with residential and commercial disputes, contested foreclosures, landlord-tenant issues, and quiet title actions
- Strong mentorship and leadership skills
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
