POSITION DUTIES:
Research and propose architectural design options and ideas and collaborate with design team members to achieve the best design options for co-living buildings
Use Auto CAD and Revit to create drawings and 3D models of floor plan, site plan, roof plan of co-living buildings
Use Auto CAD and Revit to design the interior layout of co-living buildings including its common place to display the co-living concept and optimize its functions
Using Revit to make 3D detailed model of the building faΓ§ade to showcase the co-living concept and functions
Use Adobe Suite to graphically design the perspective view of the co-living building exterior and interior and present to the management team
Research to ensure compliance with building code, zoning requirements, and other local policy requirements
Research and keep updated with the latest architectural design trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
U.S. Master's Degree of Architecture
SALARY: $75,000 per year
HOURS: 40 hours/week
