About the Role:

As a Real Estate Investment Associate, you’ll play a key role in identifying and acquiring distressed properties for our clients. These properties will then be brought back to life and renovated for resale (“fixed and flipped”) by our clients. You’ll be involved in every stage of the process, from researching properties to managing transactions, while contributing to the revitalization of homes in our local communities.

Day in the Life:

• Visit properties across your assigned territory
• Speak with Listing Agents about properties for sale
• Analyze numbers and run property valuations
• Submit offers and follow up on negotiations
• Work closely with your mentor/team lead on strategies
• End your day knowing your work is building your future, not someone else's
  
  

Responsibilities are:

• Research, view, and acquire distressed properties
• Write and negotiate offers that meet investment criteria
• Maintain and update property information in the CRM
• Oversee the escrow process for acquired inventory

What We’re Looking For:

• We’re looking for individuals eager to escape the typical clock watching type job and who are willing to grind and build a dynamic career
• A strong desire to achieve six-figure earnings through hard work and discipline
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills to evaluate property investments
• Willingness to drive and evaluate properties as part of your role (milage covered by employer)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (Customer Service and/or Sales Experience is a plus)
• An open mind and a commitment to ongoing learning and growth, being coachable is key
• Ability to get California real estate license (licensing costs covered by employer)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: Thirty-Thousand Dollars (to provide foundational stability as you ramp up)
• Commission: Commissions will be earned on successfully closed acquisitions. The majority of your income will come from commissions, providing unlimited earning potential for hard working and disciplined individuals who are willing to put in the effort.
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for achievements
• Profit Sharing: Quarterly Dividends distributed equally among qualifying team members.
• Total Expected Compensation: $70,000-$120,000+ (top performers exceed this with consistent effort)
  
  

Background/Experience Needed:

Being from a real estate, sales-related industry, or a previous 1099 job is a plus, yet not a necessity. We have hired people from all sorts of backgrounds. Our goal is to help convert normal salaried or waged workers into a level of comfort where they can have confidence in themselves to make the majority of their income via commissions. By doing that we have dedicated ourselves to being a profit-sharing company, where every team member gets a 'piece of the pie', regardless of whether they were part of the transaction or not. This helps alleviate the pressure of moving from the security of a 100% based wage or salary income to a commission majority-based income type job, where you will pursue higher income than just the typical salary or wage. Overall, this is a job where you need to have a passion for financially succeeding in life in order to succeed.
