You will work alongside professionals across Asset Management, Operations, Investments, and other areas of the organization while developing the analytical and business skills needed for a long-term career in real estate.

About JRK Property Holdings

JRK Property Holdings is a privately owned real estate investment company founded in 1991. The company acquires, operates, and creates value across multifamily and hospitality real estate.

JRK takes a vertically integrated, hands-on approach to real estate, bringing Investment, Asset Management, and Operations together throughout the ownership lifecycle.

What You'll Do

As a Multifamily Asset Management Analyst, you will support the evaluation and management of property and portfolio performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze property financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and operating results
  • Support weekly and monthly asset management reporting
  • Build and maintain financial models, projections, and analytical tools
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, occupancy, rents, NOI, and other key performance metrics
  • Conduct market and competitive property research
  • Evaluate market conditions, rents, occupancy, and operating trends
  • Assist with annual business plans, budgets, and reforecasts
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends across the portfolio
  • Support asset-level strategies designed to improve operating performance and investment returns
  • Evaluate how operational performance, capital investment, and market conditions affect asset value
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations for Asset Management and senior leadership
  • Participate in special projects involving real estate strategy, portfolio performance, investments, and business planning

The objective is not simply to report what the numbers say, but to understand why they matter and what should happen next.

What You'll Learn

You will develop exposure to:

  • Multifamily property and portfolio performance
  • Financial analysis and real estate financial modeling

  • Risk identification and strategic analysis

Strong performers may build toward future opportunities in Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Investments, Real Estate Strategy, or other analytical roles within the organization.
