We are searching for a Specialist, Lease Marketing for our Link Parks division who is a flexible self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced role, juggling multiple priorities across multiple markets nationally. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic leasing team by assisting with the coordination and execution of property, regional and national marketing initiatives and projects. Under the general supervision of the Senior Vice President of Leasing the Lease Marketing Specialist will perform a variety of marketing duties related to the leasing functions in support of the divisions leasing activities. This position will be based in Irvine, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interface and collaborate with Link Parks Leasing and Marketing teams as it relates to all division marketing.

  • Responsible for marketing available space for lease utilizing all marketing avenues: CoStar, LoopNet, marketing e-blasts via Constant Contact, Link Parks site, Edge, AIR, Crexi, Craigslist, etc.

  • Responsible for CoStar/LoopNet, Edge, and Link Parks site marketing updates, including property/space descriptions, 3D Matterport tours and photo uploads of available spaces.

  • Update property brochures, floor plans, and marketing boards as needed.

  • Run Market & Submarket Reports as assigned.

  • Update & distribute availability reports.

  • Assist with marketing events as needed: lunches, broker open houses, etc.

  • Maintain and update broker databases.

  • Perform other ad-hoc marketing projects and duties as assigned by SVP.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university is a plus specifically in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar field

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience and/or similar work experience as a Marketing Assistant, or Marketing Coordinator

  • PC literacy “ MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook - speed and quality of work imperative; PowerPoint preparation skills a must

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other graphic design software.

  • Experience with Pardot, Constant Contact, Populo or other email marketing software.

  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, as business needs require.

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments

  • Requires proofreading skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Must be a self-starter with high level of motivation

  • Ability to work independently

  • Professional approach, proven good judgment, creative problem solving

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude

  • Strong team player

  • Knowledge and understanding of commercial real estate industry is a big plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background investigation

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

  • Must be willing to work overtime with short notice

  • Must have valid drivers license

  • Must have reliable transportation

$72,000 - $91,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link.  Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
