Senior Leasing Executive

Craig Realty Group is a real estate development company leading in the development and management of upscale factory outlet centers. Our corporate office is located in Newport Beach.

We are looking for a Senior Leasing Executive to join our team.

The Senior Leasing Executive is responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies that align with the Company's financial goals, enhance the retail experience, and maximize asset value. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of retail leasing success, deep market knowledge, and a strategic mindset to ensure a compelling and complementary tenant mix across properties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the full leasing process from prospecting and deal structuring to lease negotiation and execution for assigned properties.
• Strategically merchandise centers to attract the right tenant mix based on location, market demand, brand positioning, and long-term value creation.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, emerging retail trends, and target brands.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with national, regional, and local retailers.
• Prepare and present deal terms, pro formas, and recommendations for internal review and approval (CBT, LOI, Lease).
• Collaborate with internal teams including tenant coordination, property management, construction, and legal to ensure deal completion and tenant delivery.
• Monitor leasing performance against annual budgets and property-specific leasing goals.
• Represent the Company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Travel as needed to visit properties, meet with tenants, and attend corporate meetings.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree; Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5 years of progressive retail leasing experience with demonstrated success in deal-making and center merchandising.
