Silvercrest is looking for a professional, motivated, career minded salesperson to sell our beautiful, manufactured homes.

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary Sells manufactured homes products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
  • Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
  • Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
  • Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
  • Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
  • Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sales experience desired
  • Manufactured housing industry experience desired
