Job Description:

The SAG Portfolio Sr. Administrator serves as the primary administrator for an assigned portfolio of commercial foreclosed assets (OREO). This role partners closely with Special Asset Managers, Sr. Portfolio Officers, and Market Leadership to execute and coordinate the administrative activities required to support the management of commercial distressed loan and foreclosed asset portfolios, ensuring data integrity, documentation accuracy, and timely processing of transactions.

The SAG Portfolio Sr. Administrator enables portfolio teams to focus on asset strategy and resolution (sale) by owning the administrative lifecycle of assigned assets and serving as a key point of coordination across internal operational partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely portfolio records across multiple internal OREO systems.
  • Administer wire transfers and fund movements, ensuring accuracy, appropriate approvals, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Review, track, and cure documentation, exceptions in accordance with credit policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal partners (Legal, Credit, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Records Management) to resolve issues impacting asset enforceability or resolution timelines.
  • Ensure that property records and related documentation remain current and properly recorded.
  • Act as a key liaison between SAG and internal operational teams, including Loan Operations, Treasury Services, Legal, and Finance.
  • Support Asset Managers by preparing documentation, tracking deliverables, and proactively identifying administrative or operational risks.
  • May Support compliance with agency documentation.
  • May assist in compiling and submitting required reports to government agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify administrative or operational risks within the portfolio and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Adhere to all Bank policies, procedures, and control standards, supporting audit, exam, and regulatory reviews as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in commercial loan servicing, asset management support, or a related operational role.
  • Experience working effectively across multiple accounting and servicing platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Special Assets, Corporate Workout, or Distressed Credit environments.
  • Ability to work effectively within large, matrixed organizations with multiple internal partners.
  • Understanding of enterprise‑level processes, controls, and governance standards.
  • Experience organizing and producing documentation to support internal audits, regulatory exams, or control testing

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay range

$42.30 - $60.00 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Predictable pay

This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
