Route Custodian

The Route Custodian works a specific assigned route to maintain the condition of laundry room facilities in an assigned area. The Route Custodian may also be assigned additional locations.

Estimated Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do:

• Clean laundry facilities areas such as floors, wipe down machines and clean behind machines, and trash
• Deliver parts to area garage
• Create work orders for Machines that are out of order
• Provide customer service when interacting with clients and customers
• Maintain site maintenance work orders for proper reporting
• Keep constant communication with dispatch office and/or Supervisor
• Drive company vehicles to work locations
• Perform new Location Pre-Installation Surveys
• Perform price Changes
• Perform WASHSIZING machines at locations
• Minor Installation duties, such as, re-installing, re-leveling, changing fill-hoses, changing/repairing/cleaning Vents
• Be able to physically assist technicians when needed
• Drive regularly to job sites and client locations
• Other duties may be assigned

What we are looking for:

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), 1-2 years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Able to read and understand documents such as the Employee Handbook, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy and procedure manuals
• Able to use technology, such as a Smart phone, Laptop or Tablet.  Maneuver around APPS, such as GPS and Service Max Go
• A valid driver’s license is required
