What You Will Do:

  • Supports the Assistant Property Manager with renewals, rent collection, service request completion, customer service phone calls, file organization & accuracy, resident communication & inquiries, lease contract questions/changes and other administrative duties. 
  • Foster resident retention through exceptional day to day resident interactions via in-person, phone call/voicemail and email communication to encourage positive online reputation reviews. 
  • Take ownership of resident concerns with solutions-oriented and caring attention while seeking manager support in a timely manner. 
  • Schedule move-in and moves out inspections with residents.  
  • Assist with managing all move-in and move-out calendars while keeping management software up to date.  
  • Coordinate move-in orientations and conduct orientations in a way that promotes owner reputation and provides superior customer satisfaction. 
  • Schedule freight elevator for move-ins and move-outs. 
  • Organize and manage inventory list of products used by leasing and management such as collateral, access devices, move-in amenity products, etc.   
  • Assist residents with adding rentable items such as parking spaces, EV parking, storage lockers, storage rooms, and amenity reservations when necessary. 
  • Perform all duties of a Leasing Coordinator as needed to the benefit of the property. 
  • Support the leasing team with the assistance of file checklist tasks in anticipation of new leases. 
  • Shop competitive properties. 
  • Assist with company/vendor sponsored resident events.
  • Assist with community wide e-blasts, residential notices, and elevator displays. 
  • Maintain exceptional standards of leasing office, tour path, and model apartments. 
  • Review unit turn requirements with supervisor prior to move-ins. 
  • Complete move-in requirements & packets, final inspection of apartments prior to new move-ins and conduct move-in apartment inspections with new residents.   
  • Prepare and distribute move-in gifts for all new residents moving in.   
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, vendors, and colleagues. 
  • Promote and participate in Company sponsored training programs and ensures the participation of all maintenance staff as . 
  • Handle resident issues, conflicts, and complaints professionally and escalate to management when appropriate. 
  • Assist with LEVEL reservations and ensures the unit is ready for the guest and ensures they are properly checked in HMS.  
  • Works closely with the LEVEL team with all reservations, including last minute reservations
  • Comply with company’s policies and procedures, safety rules and regulations, and all applicable local, state and federal laws. 
  • Complete all training provided by the company with regards to accounting, fair housing, marketing, leasing, customer service, etc.
  • Perform other duties as . 

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties 
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills 
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills

Salary Range:
