Weโ€™re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to answer phones, schedule showings and vendor appointments, attend showings and do follow-up, organize the office materials, and create daily schedules.


Youโ€™ll also work with the team to help agents by doing administrative tasks that facilitate their deals. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.   • Create an amazing white-glove customer experience on the phone and in person at showings and open houses
  • Coordinate between vendors and clients

  • Has a 4-year college degree or the equivalent of real-life experience in a related field
