A leading firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Practice Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys within a commercial real estate practice. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong technical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to attorneys in a commercial real estate practice
    • Prepare, edit, proofread, and finalize legal documents and correspondence
    • Manage document execution processes, including electronic signature platforms
    • Process dictation and draft documents from audio recordings
    • Maintain and organize electronic files and records
    • Assist with time entry, billing support, and expense reporting
    • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and other administrative tasks
    • Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of legal administrative experience, preferably within commercial real estate
    • Experience with document management systems, timekeeping software, expense management platforms, and dictation tools
    • Proficiency with electronic signature platforms
    • Strong document editing and proofreading skills
    • High level of professionalism
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Comfortable supporting time-sensitive and billable work
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively
