Our Program, Project & Construction Management practice serves as owner's representative and third-party CM for some of the most dynamic companies in the country, guiding clients through complex projects with independent, conflict-free expertise.

We are currently seeking a PMO Coordinator to join our Irvine team, supporting a growing portfolio of office, industrial, advanced manufacturing, and defense technology projects.

The Role

As PMO Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone the entire project team counts on. You will keep data clean, reports on schedule, documents organized, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks across a complex, fast-moving portfolio. This is a role where your contributions are visible and valued every single day, with direct support of senior PMs and client-facing reporting.

What You'll Own

  • Maintain cost and schedule management tools and PMIS data integrity across all active projects
  • Conduct regular reviews of PMIS data to ensure accuracy and flag discrepancies
  • Maintain and enforce filing structures, document control standards, and folder organization; conduct periodic quality control reviews
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate cost and schedule data from project teams to support monthly reporting cycles
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and produce meeting minutes
  • Support onboarding and training refreshers for project managers and client stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in construction project administration, document control, or Project Management Office support
  • Experience with PMIS platforms (Procore, e-Builder, Aconex, or similar) strongly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Self-directed and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Local candidates only: Orange County

Compensation & Details

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience ranging from $70,000-$95,000
