We are seeking a hands‑on Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead our in‑house payroll processes and support the administration and evolution of our benefits programs. What You’ll Do
- Own and process day‑to‑day, in‑house payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
- Administer current benefit programs and support open enrollment, vendor coordination, and employee questions
- Evaluate and support enhancements to benefits offerings, processes, and systems
- Serve as an associate‑focused resource, resolving payroll and benefits issues with professionalism and care
- Work comfortably within web‑based and cloud HR/payroll systems
- Hands‑on payroll experience (in‑house preferred)
- Working knowledge of payroll compliance and wage/hour regulations
- Exposure to benefits administration across multiple programs or vendors
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable with modern HR and payroll systems
- Approachable, service‑oriented, and collaborative
This role is based in our Irvine headquarters and is on-site
What We Offer- Base salary $75,000–$115,000 (DOE) + bonus
