Position Summary


Are you a person who thrives in the field, loves closing deals, and wants to earn what you're worth? Join our team as a Multifamily Leasing Specialist in Los Angeles. This is a full-time, field-based role where you’ll represent vibrant apartment communities, increase occupancy, and earn uncapped commission on every lease you close.


What You’ll Do

• Conduct engaging property tours and highlight community features to prospective residents.

• Drive lease-ups through canvassing, community events, and local outreach.

• Use Yardi to manage leads, applications, and resident communications.

• Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are rent-ready.

• Support marketing efforts including signage, social media, digital campaigns and other duties assigned. 


Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $17-$18/hour (non-negotiable)

• Commission: Uncapped — earn $500 for the 7th lease, $1000 for the 8th, $1500 for the 9th, and so on

• Auto Allowance: $350/month

• Benefits: Full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, life ins.,  401(k) with match, EAP, company phone, and laptop

• Total Compensation Potential: $5,000–$6,000/month (base + commission + auto allowance)



Requirements

  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.

• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Tech-savviness with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and CRM tools.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Travel Requirements: Moderate travel for this position requires you to have reliable transportation and the expectation to work in office is 90 % of the time. Travel requirements for this position may change at any time.
