The Role
As a Leasing Consultant, you are the first impression of the community. You support occupancy goals, resident satisfaction, and represent the property with professionalism and confidence.
What You’ll Do
• Greet and assist prospective residents professionally, in person and by phone
• Conduct community and apartment tours
• Explain pricing, availability, and lease terms clearly
• Follow up with prospects to support leasing conversion
• Assist with applications and documentation
• Support resident communication as needed
• Maintain a welcoming, organized leasing office
What We’re Looking For
• Prior multifamily leasing or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort using property management systems and office technology
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
