Clark Hill PLC is looking for a Director of Real Estate and Facilities to develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive real estate and facilities strategy, which aligns with the firm’s objective and evolving service delivery needs. This hybrid position is to be located in the Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or Washington, D.C. The TisThis Director will play a central role in optimizing facility operations, contractor and vendor management while collaborating and supporting emergency management and firm security programs. Responsibilities also include (i) the overall financial budgets for real estate and facilities operations; (ii) managing the real estate leasing process from start to finish; and (iii) space planning, design, construction management, and related buildout activities. The ideal candidate possesses a balance of real estate, facilities and operational knowledge with business acumen and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the firm.
Candidates must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in facilities management, leasing, and/or construction project management with multiple locations and more than 250 employees. The successful candidate will have Director-level experience managing teams and organizational complexity, with a strong discipline of financial management. Candidates must be proficient in understanding vendor agreements and contract language; have the ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints; and must be able to handle multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. CAD knowledge is a plus. Ability to travel within the U.S. and abroad required. The amount of travel varies based upon operational need.
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $150,000 - $200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
