Data Analyst – ESG/Sustainability
We are looking for a Data Analyst – ESG/Sustainability to provide key research and detailed analytical support for ESG (“Environmental, Social & Governance”) initiatives aligned with Rexford’s long-term ESG goals. As a key member of the Rexford Industrial ESG team, reporting to the Senior Director, ESG, this role will be responsible for providing extensive support on ESG reporting requirements.
The most successful person will have previous experience working in a real estate organization and knowledge of applied sustainability data analytics. They will apply their strong background in data collection, management, and analysis in support of the sustainability performance reporting. They will work in an integrated and collaborative manner with cross-functional teams throughout the Rexford organization to support ESG initiatives (Design and Construction, Property Operations, Asset Management, Legal, Finance and Accounting) as well as with external partners.

Rexford Industrial's total reward plan includes a premier benefits package, bonus eligibility and long-term stock incentives. The expected hourly rate range for this role is $33.00 to $45.00 (annualized to $68,640 to $93,600), with a 10% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility.*The actual hourly rate and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed. The final hourly rate and total compensation will be described in any offer letter.
