Job Summary

We are actively seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager with experience handling real estate accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all insurance needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing strategic risk management solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of insurance and risk management services to clients.
  • Conduct regular policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for new business development within the real estate sector.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure client portfolios remain in adherence to legal requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager with a focus on real estate clients.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $80k-$100k (based on experience).
