As the Bridge Loan Officer leading the Los Angeles region, you will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, and ensuring strong deal execution. Core responsibilities include:
- Originate and close new loan opportunities, with a focus on bridge loans, across the Los Angeles market.
 - Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and agents.
 - Build a strong pipeline of high-quality loan prospects.
 - Structure competitive loan solutions aligned with client needs and company goals.
 - Partner with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to deliver smooth, timely fundings.
 - Compensation: Competitive Base Salary plus uncapped commission potential.
 
What You’ll Bring
Professional experience and the skills required for the position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, accounting, or related field.
 - 3-5+ years in commercial lending/banking/financial services with a track record of exceeding goals.
 - Active NMLS registration.
 - Mastery of commercial loan structures, underwriting, and risk.
 - Fluent in financial statements and credit analysis.
 - Elite communicator and negotiator; relationship builder across clients and internal teams.
 - CRM discipline and strong Excel proficiency.
